Who these terms are with

These terms are between your company and Oceanblok ([legal company name], registry code [code], Estonia) for the use of Oceanblok apps for monday.com.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through monday.com's marketplace billing. Prices are shown on the app's listing before you subscribe. New installs include a 14-day trial.

Refunds: cancellations within 30 days of a purchase are refunded automatically by monday.com. After that, you can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Downgrades: if you move to a plan that keeps history for less time, nothing is deleted for 14 days, and we email your admins first so you can download it.

We don't remove features from a plan you're paying for.

Your data

Your board data stays yours. We process it only to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Only send exports to people who expect them. Don't use the apps to send unsolicited email. We may pause schedules that receive repeated spam complaints.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the apps running at all times and reply to support emails within one business day at [email protected].
