Each run builds the file, emails it with a "since last time" summary, and saves it to the board's history.

Read-only
The app asks monday for permission to read boards and your profile, nothing else. It can't change your boards.

Data is kept on monday.com's own app hosting in your account's region: US, EU, Australia or Israel.

Gone when you leave
Uninstall and everything is deleted within 10 days. Admins can also delete all app data at any time.

Questions
Do the people who get the email need monday.com?
No. They get a normal email with the file attached. They never sign in to anything, and each of them can unsubscribe from a schedule in one click.
Can Snapshots change anything on my boards?
No. It only has permission to read boards and your basic profile. Building a file never writes to monday.com.
What happens with very large boards?
Files up to 8 MB are attached to the email. Bigger files come as a download link that works for 7 days. Admins can turn emailed links off, and then large files are only available inside monday.com.
What if the person who made a schedule leaves the company?
The schedule pauses and your account admins get an email. An admin can take it over with one click, and the board's history is kept either way.
How far back can I look?
From 14 days on Free to 3 years on Business. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted for 14 days, so you have time to download what you need.
When can I install it?
