Trial

Every new install gets 14 days of Business. Three days before it ends, account admins get one email that says when the trial ends, how much you have set up, and which features stop on the plan you would move to. This email depends on monday sending us the trial end date. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the account moves to Free and the downgrade rules below apply.

Billing

Plans are bought and managed in monday.com, the same way as other marketplace apps, and charged with your monday.com invoice. Monthly and yearly billing are both offered, and yearly is cheaper.

Cancelling within 30 days of a purchase gets an automatic refund through monday.com. After that, you can cancel at any time and the plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.

We don't remove features from a plan you're paying for.

Moving to a smaller plan

  • History: nothing is deleted for 14 days. After that, copies older than the new plan's period are removed. The History tab shows the date, and admins are emailed beforehand.
  • Schedules: if you have more than the new plan allows, the extra ones pause. None are deleted, and they resume when you upgrade.
  • Features: daily schedules, the change summary, comparing copies, trends, branding, allowed domains, the audit log and link controls stop where the new plan doesn't include them. A saved brand or link setting is ignored, not deleted, so it works again if you upgrade.

Uninstalling

When an admin uninstalls Snapshots, every schedule stops at once. All of the account's data, including copies, schedules, recipient lists, connections and the activity log, is deleted within 10 days, as monday.com requires. If you reinstall within that time, you start fresh.

To delete everything straight away without uninstalling, use Settings → Delete all app data.
