History and trends
Every run is kept, so the board has a dated record you can go back to.
The History tab
Choose a schedule to see each copy it made, newest first, with the date and time it was taken. Click Download on any row to get that copy as it was sent.
Download all history gives you every copy of that schedule in one zip file, which is useful before an audit or a plan change.
Only the schedule's owner and account admins can open copies. Other board members can see that a schedule exists, but not what it contains or who it goes to. See Roles and admin controls.
How long copies are kept
| Plan | History kept |
|---|---|
| Free | 14 days |
| Starter | 90 days |
| Team | 1 year |
| Business | 3 years |
Copies older than that are deleted automatically. History belongs to the account and the board, not to one person, so it stays when the person who made the schedule leaves.
Moving to a smaller plan? Nothing is deleted for 14 days. The History tab shows the date older copies will go, so you can download them first.
Trends
On Team and Business, the Trends tab shows how many items sat on each label of a status or dropdown column at every run. Use it to answer questions like "is our backlog of Stuck items shrinking?" or "how many deals were in Negotiation each week this quarter?".
The chart follows the column you chose under Track changes in when you set up the schedule, and each new copy adds a point. Pick a schedule to see its chart. The same numbers are shown in a table underneath, for screen readers and for copying into a report.
